In our experience, even the pickiest of eaters go crazy for LilFood. However, if you’ve given it a good go and your dog is an extremely fussy eater, we will give you your money back!*

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.&nbsp;If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@lilfood.au.

REFUND POLICY

Parcel Authority to Leave for Website Deliveries
This Parcel Authority to Leave is a legal agreement between LilFood, hereinafter referred to as "the Delivery Company," and the recipient of the parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the Recipient." This agreement outlines the recipient's consent to permit the Delivery Company to leave the parcel at the specified delivery address without requiring a signature upon delivery.
By proceeding with the order and delivery on our website, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

<li data-mce-fragment="1"> Limited Liability: &nbsp; The Delivery Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or disappearance of the parcel once it has been left at the delivery address, pursuant to the Parcel Authority to Leave.</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1"> Parcel Tracking: &nbsp; The Recipient understands that by proceeding with the order and delivery on our website and accepting the Parcel Authority to Leave, detailed tracking information may not be available beyond confirming the successful delivery of the parcel.</li>
