In our experience, even the pickiest of eaters go crazy for LilFood. However, if you’ve given it a good go and your dog is an extremely fussy eater, we will give you your money back!*
*Please notify us within 14 days and send proof (video) of your dog not eating the food.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.&nbsp;If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@lilfood.au.

REFUND POLICY

Parcel Authority to Leave for Website Deliveries
This Parcel Authority to Leave is a legal agreement between LilFood, hereinafter referred to as "the Delivery Company," and the recipient of the parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the Recipient." This agreement outlines the recipient's consent to permit the Delivery Company to leave the parcel at the specified delivery address without requiring a signature upon delivery.
By proceeding with the order and delivery on our website, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

<li data-mce-fragment="1"> Delivery Address: &nbsp; The Recipient has provided the Delivery Company with a valid delivery address for the parcel. The Recipient confirms that the provided delivery address is accurate, and the Delivery Company shall deliver the parcel to this address.</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1"> Parcel Delivery: &nbsp; The Delivery Company will attempt to deliver the parcel to the specified delivery address. If the Delivery Company is unable to deliver the parcel to the Recipient in person, the Delivery Company is authorised to leave the parcel in a safe and secure location at the delivery address.</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1"> Liability: &nbsp; The Recipient agrees that once the parcel has been left at the delivery address per the Parcel Authority to Leave, the responsibility and liability for the parcel transfer from the Delivery Company to the Recipient. The Recipient assumes all risks associated with leaving the parcel unattended.</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1"> No Signature Required: &nbsp; The Parcel Authority to Leave allows the Delivery Company to leave the parcel without obtaining a signature from the Recipient or any other person present at the delivery address.</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1"> Limited Liability: &nbsp; The Delivery Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or disappearance of the parcel once it has been left at the delivery address, pursuant to the Parcel Authority to Leave.</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1"> Parcel Tracking: &nbsp; The Recipient understands that by proceeding with the order and delivery on our website and accepting the Parcel Authority to Leave, detailed tracking information may not be available beyond confirming the successful delivery of the parcel.</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1"> Revocation of Authority: &nbsp; The Recipient has the right to revoke this Parcel Authority to Leave at any time by contacting the Delivery Company in writing or through our customer support channels. Upon receipt of the written revocation, the Delivery Company will discontinue the practice of leaving the parcel unattended.</li>
